1. How do I book a class or treatment at Studio Libra?
All our sessions are by appointment only to ensure personalized attention and a high-quality experience. You can book your session online through our booking platform (Bsport), by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
2. Why do I need to sign up on Bsport?
We use Bsport to make your booking process easier, more organized, and efficient. Signing up is a one-time setup that allows us to keep all your details in one place, enabling a seamless booking experience and complete 360º wellness tracking. It also allows for direct payment and appointment management from your phone or computer. If you need help setting up your account, feel free to contact us or visit the studio, and we’ll guide you through it!
3. Can I just drop in for a session?
We do not accept walk-ins. Since our sessions are appointment-based, our instructors and therapists are present only when there are scheduled bookings. This ensures that each client receives dedicated attention in a calm, uninterrupted environment.
4. Why do I need to pay in advance?
To confirm your booking, we require advance payment. Since we work exclusively by appointment, last-minute cancellations or no-shows affect both our professionals and other clients who may be waiting for availability. Paying in advance guarantees your reserved spot and allows us to plan accordingly.
5. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We understand that plans change! You can reschedule or cancel your session with at least X hours’ notice (insert your studio’s cancellation policy). Cancellations made after this period may result in a late cancellation fee or loss of the session.
6. What if I need a session that isn’t on the schedule?
If you don’t see a suitable time on the schedule, reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to find a solution. We always try to accommodate our clients’ needs whenever possible!
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payments through our booking platform. Please note that we do not accept cash payments at the studio.
8. Can I purchase a package or membership?
Yes! We offer flexible packages and memberships designed to support your wellness journey. Booking in advance helps you stay consistent, and our membership options come with exclusive benefits and savings.
9. What happens if I’m late to my appointment?
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client’s booking. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to get settled in and make the most of your session.
10. Do you offer trial sessions?
Yes! If you’re new to Studio Libra, we offer a first-time trial session so you can experience our space, meet our team, and explore our services before committing to a package.
